Day 2: Water Fast
What a day, I really struggled even now. It's like the food is just staring at me and I literally have to tell myself, no no no you stronger then this.
Had no energy for exercising today, really hope day 3 will be better, but I have to beat the fact that food is controlling me... It's tough though... But I know I will beat this...
