my tredmill shuts off and goes back to zero when it reaches 100 minutes, that being said i have begun to challange my self to see how far i can go before it shuts off lol! wensday i did 6 miles in 100 minutes but yesterday i did 6 miles in 92 minutes! beat my self by 8 minutes!all totaled i walked for about 2 hours and got in 7.67 miles thank god i do not have to walk today! its quiet and the coffee is hot and the sun is shinning. i am hoping for a good day!hope all have a wonderful weekend and keep honking!
