That looks perfect to me!! Nothing makes me happier than to see other members who have learned that eating healthy well balanced nutritious meals is the key to good health and losing weight. If you are honest with yourself and portion sizes on the plate you do not have to create a habit of logging meals to keep you on track. Great job!!

When you add more carbs ,are you gaining weight back? I’m restricting myself and is killing me.

You can restrict carbs but if you exercise you will burn those fast, me for example walk 1 hour every single day that is 3 miles. That allows you to keep your weight and also one meal carbs can be the size of your palm
