Did my sub 800 calorie adjustment day to get on track for a new 1950 calorie per day average. Running on fumes in the late afternoon but dinner had me working again. No workout tonight. Weight still high but hydration and body fat numbers look good. Will eat about 2000 calories tomorrow and do an hour on the treadmill when I get home. Hoping for 202 or 203 something in the morning and then way better after treadmill tomorrow night. Tuesday is an official weigh in day.
