hell its been chilly!!!
i have been given the opportunity to train for FREE at East London BootCamp :) i have heard its tough stuff but perfect to help me along for the next 7 weeks of the SLEEKGEEK WINTER CHALLENGE!!
i havent really noticed any change really, but they recon it takes 4 weeks for you to see the change, 8 for friends and family and 12 for the rest of the world, so i have 3 weeks left...
i must just stick it out... hopefully the BOOT CAMP workouts during the week and the BAYSIDE FIT CAMP workout on saturdays will help with this transformation...
wish my husband would be more supportive... stupid ass's idea of support is the occasional thumbs up, as long as it doesnt involve him being inconvenienced or put out in any way!!
i will spit in his food tonight!! grrrrrrr!!!
