well it is monday and the week begins, i am having a hard time staying positive for life in general but the diet is on track even if my weight loss is not what i had hoped for the week. but the energy levels are back and my stomch has settled perhaps it will be better than i anticipate? having problems with my walking,my feet hurt when i first begin almost more than i can stand and stretching out does not help i just have to force through the pain then at mile 2 things get easier.its so hard to get on that stupid machine when you know how much its gonna hurt! i haven't been doing kettle bell due to some old injurys to my ribs that have acted up tracking my walking though and trying to beat my self every time i get on but going faster just doesn't seem possible due to the pain i just keep walking longer and farther which takes up more and more time...

I used to have pain in one foot when I walked...on the bottom ball of my left foot, shooting up through to the top, and into toe area. It was sooooo painful, I would cry. I even made my husband walk all the way back home alone...go get the car, and come pick me up, while I sat on the side of the road. My dr. told me it was inflammation to the nerve / s in that area, and to stay off of walking on it for awhile. I switched to the eliptical at the gym, and weeks later when I went back to walking, no more pain. (NO IDEA if this will help you...but thought I would throw that out there!) Sure hope with your energy returning that you feel better this week. But I wouldn't just walk thru the pain...pain is typically an indicator something is off. take good care of yourself :)
