Happy hour last night at On The Border - I stuck to my guns. Not one chip or beer. I filled up on a couple oz of beef jerky before I left the office, so it wasn't a big deal. We had a great time. I know I didn't eat enough yesterday and I'm hungry this morning. The apple and Atkins bar filled me right up. I have to go out at lunch and get more fruit. I feel a work out coming on tonight :-D
