My body has decided it's starving even though I'm really not hungry. The scale won't budge. I'm only going to measure once a week, but I need to not worry, stay on plan and keep adding exercise. The scale will go down again soon. I still need more carbs in vegetable form... I just don't like veggies! On the plus side, I got into a pair of jeans that didn't fit last week! I'll take that little success. :)

Try veggies in different ways. For example, I don't like brussel sprouts boiled or steamed but I do like them fried up or baked until almost black. I don't like avocados plain but on top of a bunless burger they are pretty tasty. I can hardly choke down spinach but when I put it in my low carb spaghetti sauce or my low carb homemade alfredo sauce I can't get enough of it! Veggies are so versatile and there are soooo many recipes for them. Don't fret and get creative. You will learn to love them. Promise.

Concur with LLRandolph, hidden veggies work wonders! I just finished roasted butternut squash and it was SO good!

Great with the jeans!! A sweet potato has the carbs and nutrition plus it is filling. I get creative with a lot of veggies, enjoy trying changing recipes to see what I can do with low carb ones. Love the ideas LLRandolph for spinach. Hate spinach and kale so the only way I can deal with them is to smother them with something the flavors of something else lol. Your butternut squash LuC2 sounds wonderful.

Hey Ckunka!! I did not like vegetables but now...I love them!!Keep it up and try to eat at least two cups of lettuce/spinach at the beginning..latter on you'll get use to it. Blessings and...you are not alone on this adventure.
