Focus on whole foods and add in treats that you enjoy with proper portions. You can have yogurt and fruit for breakfast, oatmeal and banana, egg and cheese on whole wheat english muffin with fruit, salad with chicken, tuna on light whole wheat bread, etc. It's about eating what you enjoy but in moderation and trying to get in plenty of healthy stuff too. Take it one day at a time. Losing weight is a learning process.
