Thanks guys. Actually my mom has the book at home and there was a doctor on DR OZ that was introducing the diet. As low as it is in calories, I actually don't feel deprieved if I eat the right things. I have tried other diets like atkins before that didn't work for me. And the key to the diet is having one day off a week that you eat whatever you want to restart your body so that it doesn't go into starvation mode.
