Just focusing on keep my weight consistent for now. My sugar intake has increased dramatically so pushing myself to excersize more. Work is really just a very unhappy place for me at the moment so find myself wanting to snack all day to just have something nice during the day. Have a big exam in two weeks so just going from work study work study is really got me down all the time now which just makes me want more sweets. Just need to push through these 2 weeks and then I know I will be able to focus are more positive things. 🐥🐥
