I slept 6.6 hours last night. I still went to bed way too late though. Maybe all the porridge and beans I have been eating for the last 6 days are helping to get me out of plateau already!!! Also my late evening snack stopped at celery, cauliflower & hummus dip. I totally forgot about the squares of 70% chocolate in my fridge last evening!
