Slept 8.3 hrs last night. (To bed 100am. To sleep before 130am. Awake w alarm 930am) BP & pulse upon waking 126/75 53 irregular. I am feeling a bit bloated so surprised at weight loss. But I'll take it happily. I am going to Costco today for first time since COVID started. I need to cash that damn rebate cheque they won't let you do online. Sneaky manipulative way to get you into store. I will be strong! Not be tempted into buying anything except what is on my list: multivitamins, steel cut oats, decaf coffee, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, some interesting condiments and flavourings, some whole seed crackers, my first purchase of tofu, and a new coffee maker. Wish me luck. And I hope the cement floor won't inflame my plantar fasciitis in my left heel too much.
