we all have our monsters that we fight on the daily. sometimes we win. sometimes the monster wins. but. you wake up and face the new day. what I find for me that works is tracking using a bullet journal. monthly I decide in 3-5 healthy areas that I want to focus on. make a chart and literally tick them off when I do them. one of mine this month is to only eat 2 marshmallows instead of trying to shove 19 in my mouth in secret. 😂. small daily changes add up to big mental shifts.

YukieYana. It's done! So don't beat yourself up. We are all human and have temptations. I am learning not to give up on myself because I made a mistake (often unknowingly when I realise I ate a whole slab of chocolate instead of 1 piece 😯). I have learned to forgive myself and move on IMMEDIATELY rather than just giving up and binging for the rest of the day because I feel guilty and destroying all my previous hard work for the day/week. This is life so make it a lifestyle rather than a diet. And forgive yourself. If a friend had done the same,, what advice would you give her..... Why do we women always treat others better than ourselves?

It’s a struggle for all of us. And at some point or the other we all do that, the trick now is to move on, make the next day a very good day, drink more water, and you will feel you are doing something about it instead of beating yourself up! I’m learning to sit with those feelings of wanting to eat something, rather than eat something. Sometimes I’m successful and sometimes not but slowly but surely I’m more successful than not.

You can have sweets everyday if you track them. But if you went over your target, then just start again today. We all do it. We have bad days and we have to live and be balanced. Keep going. We are all in the same boat
