You can do it! Stay the course and the benefits will be yours. Get out and walk, if you can, when the urge to cheat hits you. Get up and move when you are under attack and your plan is threatened.
I looked at your food journal and you're doing good on the things that you have picked from the last few days. I have dumped the breakfast cereal in favor of Triscuits. The calorie count is much lower and I get the whole grain as well as some crunchy stuff which is what I really need.
Don't give up! You will be soooo hot when you reach your goal! You can do it!
