I have been gone a long time and it has been a busy time for me. I haven't lost any weight actually I have gained a few pounds, but that needs to change soon or will be changing soon. I just found out that I need to eat gluten and lactose free from now on... so my eating habits are changing. I am on day 5 of this new life changing diet and so far so confusing but I will try to meander my way threw the dark, and did I mention that I needed to limit my sugar intake too. It will be an adventure to say the least.
