Another day bites the dust! Drinking more water has increased my walking....hahaha back and forth...hee hee. I made the bagels for my breakfasts. They are very tasty- I need to make some avocado spread. I also want to make some hummus- I love it to dip my carrots in for a snack. To night's dinner was a hit- pan roasted chicken with veggies. Have enough left over for my lunch tomorrow. Made some sugar free jello with peaches for a snack. Can't go grocery shopping until Wednesday- then I can get some items in to help me keep on track. Could you all share some tricks and
foods that keep you focused. I am going to try some new things- fresh spinach for omelets- Feta cheese for salads, whole grain wraps--What else???? Maybe tomorrow I'll make some baked fish-marinated in Italian dressing- air fried --yummy, salad and stewed tomatoes (no thickened) for dinner.
