So I have been a bit confused. I've been working hard, feeling healthy, a bit tired because of the work hours I've been putting in. Why am I not losing weight? I've been on this plateau for awhile. I even thought maybe the extra working out would do the trick. Nothing! Scale hasn't budged. I'm down 41 pounds that's nice. But I want to lose more!!! So, I started recording the few things I've been consuming the last few days and realized. I'm not consuming enough! Argh. I think my body has gone into starvation mode. Hopefully the next few days I'll treat my body properly(more sleep) and notice some changes.
