After forgetting my diabetic medication (Metformin) on Monday I had a ravenous craving for carbs. My resulting binge caused me to gain a little bit but I still dedicated myself to the gym yesterday. Overall small setbacks, I believe, are part of the journey as I am slowly gaining muscle and losing fat.
