Not that I'm any expert and may word this wrongly please don't take offense, but your diet journal doesn't include any vegetables and your calories are too few on most days, have you been following the latest Atkins book or the Atkins.com website for information? You may not be eating enough calories and or enough foundation carbs to put yourself in ketosis. The Atkins site is very good at explaining everything and all their info is free.
