Sugar cravings are kicking in. But I am taking time to make things to help me fight them. Made a banana bread - low carb, low fat and sugar free. Better then nothing. Making salmon cakes for dinner- going to try air frying my. Also making grilled romaine- love this stuff. Cut it in half and lightly brush with some olive oil, season with no salt seasoning and grill until you see the chard marks. Sprinkle with Balsamic vinegar or fat free Italian dressing--YUMMY! Lost 0.5 pound - looking forward to being in the 200's - 2 pounds and I'll be there. Then working to get into the 280's. Family coming for visit for a few days, need to focus on menu that works for all- mine will need some different prep and I need to stay away from the carbs. Been a sad week-keep hearing about former friends and coworkers who have died. I hate getting old!
