last night tea with the bread as well as some fruits and red wine was not a good idea I need to go back to vegs with protein I had a not nice sugar low I think during the night . today is the first meal out at a restaurant so who knows what i will be having for lunch . I know it will be freshly cooked as Rascasse is a family business and as its the south of France nothing to haevy on the carbs
