Stayed the same 300.5. I am having a sore back and knee day. This to shall pass...
I was gifted some lovely home raised veggies- I am hungry for some stuffed peppers. I'll check out the recipes and make some later today for tomorrow. Still planning on making the Mongolian dish but I think I am going to use a small piece of a pork loin. Could not find the brown rice so I am using the white rice. I just need to use portion better control. Happy Saturday to all--enjoy!
