I only have 5 more days before my trip to see my family. I am really anxious and ready to go! I don't know why I slack off on my efforts to lose weight when I only have a few days to go. Maybe I figure, what's another 2 lbs going to matter? Bad way to think. I don't do it intentionally. I really want to buckle down and be strong the next 5 days. Today has already started off bad. But tomorrow I will try 100%. I am going to workout EVERY DAY until then though. When my son wakes up from his nap, I am going to go for a long, brisk walk.

Keep it on track lady! Those 2lbs will make a difference in your attitude and the way you carry yourself. It will make them say WOW!

Ditto what bethru just said. Bethru and I both have been off track a bit this past week and this being "out of whack" makes one FEEL rotten. You will FEEL beautiful if you do what is right for yourself. You are a beautiful person outside and you want to feel that way inside too. By the way - your kidlets are ADORABLE! Happy Easter!
