Lost 2.2 pounds this week. I don't know why I lost so much last week and not as much this week. But its ok because 2 pounds is 2 pounds!! Thinking of joining a curves. Just need to find the time between school, work and a 6 year old.

I know exactly how you feel... finding time for yourself is hard enough esp to go to a gym. Ive been having to try my best doing anything @ home. Makes my weight loss go alot slower but its my ONLY route.

Hi new buddy! Congrats on the the 2 lbs! As far as joining a gym...DO IT. Don't try to find the time because you won't. MAKE the time. Think about how much more you'll be able to give to your school, work & child as a healthier, lighter person. :) This is important enough to make a top priority. You can do it!

If you are considering curves, mayby ask others how they found their program. I had a few friends who gave it a try but found that the program was more suited to the elderly...they barely broke a sweat. (Perhaps this is just the one in our area) Just get some reviews from others..picking the right gym is important...get your money worth.

You're right 2 pounds is a lot! I find I lose a lot one week, and then a small amount next week... I'm not really sure why (I'm sure there are some scientific reasons for it). But I'm sure you'll be seeing big numbers next week again. For me, exercise has made a huge difference. After I work out, I feel great!
