W9D1 - I feel like I'm started to have better muscle tone in my body and exercise/movement is starting to be easier. I also seem to be having a bit more stamina in doing things throughout the day so that is exciting. I also have been waking up feeling a bit more rested in spite of the fact that my daughter has been waking me up with her coughing/sneezing (she's been sick).
