I've been pretty stable between 65 - 67 for a while which is fine, I'm happy but really would still love to hit my goal. I've just lost the obsession and willpower I used to have towards weightloss. I have survived one clean day and will be trying Spar lentil salad for lunch this week and hard boiled eggs for breakfast.

Really not eating at all during the day works best for me but I struggle to survive a workout so use that as an excuse to eat something bad if I've not planned a specific lunch at work. I bought some Chinese pills that help supress your appetite. Used them in high-school and hoping they work even if just for weekend temptations.

The struggle continues. Ten points for everyone working hard daily. It's not easy, life is not very easy and you should all be very proud, your body is lucky to have you🌸🤗
