Woke up with a nice dull ache after the gym yesterday arm's are a bit stiff but that's a good thing I suppose.
Worked on push exercises yesterday kept below 2000 kcal and had a post workout P-shake which was nice.
Today I've had a morrisons salad bar with 50% good stuff and 50% spicy chicken pasta which I'm sure is mostly spicy mayo but so so good and it's from the salad bar so how bad can it really be 😅
