I ate frosted miniwheats w coconut milk after dinner and stayed in my calories. I was grateful and felt full. I then could not sleep later and ate pretzels for the 2nd time in a day. I have 2000 rr now so it's in bounds but the habit is not good. I did make healthy choices throughout the day like carrots and Greek yogurt. after yesterday I think I'll be able to move down to 1800 calories next week.
