I just read "SKINNY BITCH" I'm ready to become vegan. I tried vegatarian about 15 years ago but has so much neg response and could not find info that I needed, now I have the resources and even if I wasn't sickened about the treatment of animals the blatant disrespect for quality of production and health concerns has turned me. I ignored it before, but I can't anymore. Here's to my journey to become a healthy skinny bitch. just kidding on the bitch part though.
