Back to the real world today after our fun vacation, AKA CarbFest 2014! Was planning on targeting 1400-1500 calories per day for the rest of the month, but rethought that because I gladly don't have enough body fat left to support that level of deficit. Instead, I'm going to target roughly a 1000 calorie deficit per day but topping out at eating 1840 calories in a day. With all the eating I've done in early July, this should end the month with about a 500 calorie per day deficit on average and hopefully will result in a 195-196 pound weigh in by August 1.
This morning, I recorded crazy high water levels for a waking weigh in. Tonight, the wackiness continued as the standard morning-to-afternoon water content increase held true. So, 'off the charts' high waking water numbers turned into 'off the charts' afternoon water numbers. Hard to say where I really am until I get rid of this excess water weight, but things look promising. Two readings tonight, one pre-dinner and pre-workout, and a second set of numbers after dinner and an hour workout.
