Blood sugar reading was great last night and this morning; both around 100!!!! YAY! Now if i could get rid of this barrel around my stomach! I somehow hurt my neck doing something or other; can't move it so well . . . . . hope you are all doing well; if you stumble, just get back up!

Hope your neck feels better soon. I finally found Cutty's old blood sugar tester thing and tried mine... did a morning fasting and a one hour after eating in the eve. Both under 100. I was thinking after I did them 'now what do I do with this info - what does it mean?' and I read your journal so I'm relieved. Sounds like a good thing :-)
