Journal de Goingtoneedabiggerboat, 16 sept. 21

Yesterday marked my 2nd week back at the gym with a leg work out which made them feel like jelly food seems to be going alright this week too apart from Saturday which was ridiculous but I'm not punishing myself for it just need to keep going in the right direction found some amazing snack bars if I'm low on fibre at the end of the day.

Here's hoping for a good weigh in on Saturday morning :)
