Blood sugars were okay (6.6) despite a bad food day yesterday. I was out with friends. Today is another day though & I am going to try to make it a good one. Uck, just calculated how bad I was yesterday. No wonder I gained weight in the past. It is so much easier to watch your calories when you make what you eat. Will not let this stop me though. Will look at the good side as I did not eat all of the fries that were served & did not eat all the baked potato either. Not good but better than when I would have polished off my plate. Today is a new day.
