I'm so happy. I've been following WW for a month. I lost nothing, not an ounce, having said that, I was hardly eating anything, staying way under my points, exercising twice a day - nothing, so my stepdaughter told me about FS, I upped what I was eating ( based on 1500 calories per day ), today I'm down 2.2lbs, I know that doesn't sound alot, but it's huge for me 😊😊😊

Well, yeah, calories in calories out. You can eat anything to reach your calorie goals. That's true. Long term health and what your body is composed of should be considered, however.

Yo!! So glad to hear this :,,) I’ve also heard other friends of mine lose weight after nothing working when they went on juicing fasts!! Please look up more info on it though, to make sure you’re prepared and that you break it properly 🤍 and yes!! Food is just as important! I heard sumos skip breakfast to gain weight. Haven’t looked into it completely but it is interesting!
