Slept 7.2hrs last night. To bed 150am. To sleep 215am. Awake 922am.
1000am Resting BP: 118/62 53 pulse

B 1000am: oat porridge, raspberries, yogurt, Decaf coffee, water
L 206pm: 14 rice crackers
S 615pm: cauliflower topped with marinara sauce w beans & lentils, 1 pirate cookie, 2 annas ginger snaps, tea, water
Sn 1150pm: marinara sauce w beans & lentils, trail mix, mandarin orange

I went out to a family dinner, but brought my own food to eat. It was a good strategy. No one had to be concerned about my diet choices. I was OK... I had a bowl of cooked cauliflower topped with vegetable marinara sauce with added beans & lentils. I added a small sprinkle of parmesan cheese. And I had a treat...3 cookies with my cup of tea. I forgot to take a photo of supper so photo is of the leftovers I ate Sat at lunch, exactly the same meal.

The rest of the family drank cocktails, ate nachos, and then ate lasagna, Caesar salad, 2 large leaves of baked garlic toast, ice cream & cookies & tea.
