I know I am not going to get big numbers anymore since I lost so much. But I am going to get losing until I reach my goal then maintain. After the 170 goal is met I want to make it 150. Maybe if I am brave after that is met I will make it 140. I am not going to stress if I never get back to the 140 or 130's. I just want to be healthy.
