Just had a really good visit with my doc about my weight loss journey and what I can be doing to get off this plateau I'm on. Feeling renewed to get to my goal weight, which on an even better note he told me I should be working towards 175lbs instead of the 165lbs (that seemed impossible). So I'm closer than I thought!! Woot Woot!
