well I finished off the lasagna and the bday cake from this last wkend so I should be in the clear I stretched the macaroni salad from this wkend with lettuce and carrots and cauliflower so that was pretty good. I have a fruit platter left over of melon and grapes so think I will finish that tomorrow and veg the next day for a little cleanse.
