I finally got on my Gazelle Glider. I was going to do 10, then 15, then 20, then 25 but stopped at 20 because crap fell down and interupted since it is in a storage room with barely enough room to use. If I can move it in front of tv I can get more out of it. Too boring without entertainment

i know what you mean. i did it yesterday for 40 minutes. the machine kept sliding. had to stop twice to bring it back. thankfully, i have it in front of the tv or else i would NEVER last.

it "glides" because I have no carpet. I think its cause I do it really fast (5mph). some of the time, I glided on my tippy-toes to workout my calves even more. today my calves are so sore! guess it worked...
