through my job I had a challenge of 200,000 steps this month and I didn't think I could do it but I did. I even exceeded. The goal for this month will be 275,000. I think this is very instrumental in the changes that I am experiencing. Been long day, tired. Hope all your FS warriors had successful fabulous days. Tomorrow is weigh in for me. Good night
