Getting this entry onto the screen before midnight. Came home to 207.0 before dinner, which really tested my patience. Got busy trying to fix some computer problems and it's 11:20 with no workout. Going to jump on the treadmill for the 40 minutes left in the day to try to get my Fitbit numbers up a bit. Will check back in with the full story after that.
UPDATE (12:34 AM on Saturday, August 2):
Kicked off the month with a good day of eating on plan but retained even more water to hit a 207.0 pre-dinner weigh in. Ate a little extra at dinner and had a nice drink. About 6.4 extra pounds of water weight sticking around. Fat percentage unchanged. History shows it will take about a week to get rid of the extra water. Did get in a 500 calorie, 40 minute workout to welcome in the new day!
