how does this day go? hope you are all following the diet plan..

ii am supposed to be eating 1200 calls per day
instead I am over that amount
I am a lot better than when I put on the weight, I found it
very trying to get down to the 1200

I ate 1335 calls
that is a lot better than a month ago

I will keep on trying
