Binged on McDonald's ugh. Tried to fight it, but couldn't...I feel bad but I will pick myself up and start over. I will write in my diet journal about how I feel. I'm gonna try to do 45 min on the elliptical and 40 on the treadmill sometime today. Also clean and pack and do some weights. *sigh* :-/ I feel terrible.
