I have been baking my apples in my little toaster over - just halves covered in cinnamon - and it smells great like apple pie and tastes just as good. No pancakes or pastries or breads for me. I am still a long way from eating a sausage turkey pattie covered in cheese crammed in the middle of a cherry filled powdered donut - but I will not forget. Now I can add your pancake recipe to my future maintenance list. This looks good.
