Good luck with all those social engagements! Those situations are usually hard on people trying to lose or maintain. But you can do this, you almost have it down to a science!

I do adjustment days too. Some people may refer to the adjustments as "refeed days", "zig zagging calorie intake", "change ups" or "fasting days". Whatever works!
