Finished the day at 1674 calories. Ate 1000 during the day and then limited to 700 for dinner. Ate out so was interested to see what my options were. Went to Applebee's for their "Under 600 Calorie" dinners. Had a nice steak (7 oz.), garlic shrimp, potatoes, and veggies for 510 calories. Added a nice house salad with hot bacon dressing for another 170. Plenty of unsweetened iced tea. It was just enough. Had to go to an appointment and then the dinner right after getting home from work, so weight shows my post-dinner full belly. Let's see what we get in the morning. Ate and got home late, so no workout.
