Jack's home and it's a little hard to stay on this regiment while we are running around and he wants to eat bad stuff. I just want to try to finish this 7 day fat flush altho I haven't been perfect, I want to see if I have good results then I can go on to basic healthy eating. I remember doing this about 20 yrs ago. I remember following exact but I don't remember what the results were.

810 kcal Gras: 21,52g | Prot: 19,70g | Glu: 145,83g.   Petit Déjeuner: milk, banana. Déjeuner: homemade veg soup-carrots,celery,onions,green beans,tomatoes,mushrooms, rice milk, banana, water w/apple cider vinegar. Dîner: rice milk, banana. Snacks/Autre: flaxseed bread(taste), Creamy Peanut Butter, Buttered Popcorn Popped in Oil(8pcs), pecan lovers. plus...
