So met my old friend Rich for drinks before he retires to North Carolina. Had a good eating day going until then. Did nothing for dinner but drank seven beers. Weight up to 206.6, but let's see if that holds overnight. For sure the calories are there, but does alcohol really stick around in weight? We will see tomorrow after my 16:8 fast, weight lifting, and hour on the treadmill! The water (beer?) in my body is way up there. I estimate six pounds of extra water to squeeze out overnight and during my late morning Saturday workout...
