My stomach hurts and I am bloated, I am thinking that is why the weight gain, my lil friend may be going to visit, yuck! I am very tired too. I have been craving last night and today also. I am still going to go to my exercise class tonight. I am going to work through this whatever it is. If it is that then I know I wont make my goal this week. That would be the only reason I am ok with not making it. Next week will be better numbers then.
So anyways. I think when the 2 younger kids are asleep I will workout and clean up. I can't image no weight loss after all I have been doing. It just isnt like my body. I rug scrubbed 2 large rooms yesterday and cleaned everything. I also walked 4 miles the day before and it shows a gain, not like me. Well I am not discouraged, yet, lol. I think I know what this is and if I am wrong then I may get discouraged but for now I will press on.
